# The Empathy Institute

The Empathy Institute is a Berlin-based initiative working at the intersection of human capacity-building and systems design. We train people in dialogue and empathic communication, facilitate encounters across difference, and explore how technological systems can be redesigned to support understanding rather than outrage.
